O.K., i started off wrong, drunk as a mutha'fucker, draging ass up Mission in Daly City, after midnight wit my friend gRoove _tECnician catch his Submindub. Got to top the hill and slid down it towards BART, once in the station, on a car, finally sitting after so difficult of a struggle to walk; then comes the 'heave' of which i blame the 'too warm' car but really i was too drunk on two different drinks..Belgan Ale and some stupid spanish licquor..
John Handy
i'm drop'n my pick up the other day, i guess besides the on_line order of Piano OverLord Singles Collection LP
hanging out at Music 101 wit gRoove _tECnician yesterday before we got drunk; I also got Silkk the Shocker "Made Man";
Master P and his brother put out a o.k. album, the style is similar to 2Pac and Biggie but it is also significantly pre dirty south sound; I'm not blown away by Silkk, but I am entertained, he has clever production style wit his brother on this double plate record. 'Ghetto Rain' stands out for me but I think a couple other tracks seem strong, e.g., 'It's Going Around Outside' and 'All Because of you" as well as 'Somebody like Me'
Betty Davis 'They Say I'm Different of couse this has nothing to do with the rest of the artist cited here; just thought I toss it out there, since few remember this woman the one wife of the late Miles Davis
anyway the other two purchases (besides the John Handy and the VSP ..Art of Ballads) was the Batman soundtrack by Prince; and Ultra Nate "One Woman's Insanity"
Last Train to Cool The Nation of Ulysses, "Plays Pretty for Baby"
